Three-Minute Morning Meditations

A healing ritual of crystals, sage and intention.
A healing ritual of crystals, sage and intention.

You do not need an hour. You do not need a cushion. You do not need to chant in Sanskrit or burn incense. You need three minutes. A chair. And the willingness to stop.

You do not need a meditation app or a wellness retreat. You need three minutes of deliberate slowness repeated daily.

The Three-Minute Protocol

  1. Sit upright. Feet flat. Hands resting on thighs.
  2. Close your eyes. Breathe naturally. Do not try to control the breath.
  3. Observe the inhale and exhale. When your mind wanders, notice without judgment. Then return to the breath.

Why It Works

The brain is plastic. It changes based on what you repeatedly do. Three minutes of daily attention training is enough to begin rewiring neural pathways.
